A great website which I have known and frequented for about 10 years now is http://www.erowid.org. The site is essentially a database of information categorized into four main 'vaults' which are:

(1) Plants & Drugs For any questions you have about any psychoactive substance, whether legal or illicit, prescription or non-prescription, you will likely be able to find answers here. With thorough vaults on substances such as alcohol, caffine, cannabis, salvia, tobacco and more, you can browse by Common Psychoactives, Smart Drugs, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Plants, and Herbs. Erowid.org vaults each offer (inasmuch is available) descriptions, effects, dosages, images, health, legality, chemistry, personal experiences, related books, and more.

(2) Mind & Spirit This vault contains general information on Spiritual Traditions & Religions, Religious Freedom, and the spiritual use of Entheogens. Other information available here includes techniques and methods for the following: Breathing, Dancing, Devices & Technologies, Dreaming, Drumming, Entheogens, Fasting, Martial Arts, Meditation, Prayer, Sweating, and Yoga.

(3) Freedom & Law This vault is a wealth of information categorized under the headings: Law & Legislation, Courts & Justice, Police, Government, Elections, Civil Rights, and Activism. Its all important stuff! Make some time to get involved in politics! And if you're not going to run for office, at least make an informed vote!
